Shipping within India
Aaharix currently accepts delivery addresses within India. Available delivery methods, charges and the estimated order total are shown during checkout before you place the order.
Order processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment or Cash on Delivery confirmation, where available. You will receive order information using the email address supplied at checkout.
Address changes
If an address needs correction, contact us as soon as possible at Apoorvafoodsandherbs@gmail.com. An address cannot be changed after the parcel has been dispatched.
Returns and damaged orders
Because spices are food products, opened packs cannot be returned. If a parcel arrives damaged, incorrect or tampered with, contact customer care promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the parcel and product. We will review the issue and confirm the available replacement or refund resolution.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation requests are considered before dispatch. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.
